SeamlessBio FBS Tetracycline Free is validated for tetracycline residues by LC-MS/MS (detection limit < 0.05 µg/L) and is specifically developed for use in inducible gene expression systems.

Recommended applications:

Tet-On/Tet-Off gene expression systems (e.g. Clontech, Takara); doxycycline-inducible cell lines; CRISPR-based inducible systems; shRNA knockdown experiments with Tet promoters; and any application where unintended basal expression must be excluded.
