FBS Low Endotoxin

Endotoxins (lipopolysaccharides, LPS) from gram-negative bacteria can significantly impact cell cultures:

they activate immune cells, distort assay results, and compromise reproducibility. SeamlessBio FBS Low Endotoxin is specifically selected for batches with documented low endotoxin levels (< 1 EU/mL, LAL method) — ensuring maximum reliability in sensitive applications.

Recommended applications:

cultivation of macrophages, dendritic cells, and other immune cells; TLR signalling pathway analysis; cytokine assays (ELISA, Luminex); LPS stimulation experiments requiring defined baseline values; and GMP-aligned bioprocessing with documented endotoxin limits.
