SeamlessBio Recombinant Human Fibronectin (OsrhFN) is a full-length, animal-free fibronectin produced in rice endosperm cells (Oryza sativa). At 235 kDa molecular weight, ≥95% purity by SEC-HPLC, and ultra-low endotoxin (<0.5 EU/µg), it provides reliable coating and extracellular matrix functionality for cell culture, cell therapy manufacturing, and 3D culture models.
Fibronectin is a critical extracellular matrix protein for surface coating, cell attachment, and viral transduction. It is especially important in CAR-T cell manufacturing where fibronectin-coated surfaces support efficient retroviral and lentiviral transduction and T cell activation.
