• Robust Multi-Layer Film: The PE film with an integrated EVOH gas barrier offers excellent clarity and mechanical strength, stable from -80°C to +60°C.
• Ready-to-Use: Delivered gamma-irradiated (25-50 kGy) with full documentation (CoA/CoO) for GMP environments.

Are these 3D bags compatible with my existing Flexel® stainless steel totes? Yes. Our 3D bags are designed to be 1:1 compatible with standard cube-shaped hardware from major manufacturers, including Sartorius Flexel® and Thermo Fisher systems.
Can I freeze the 1000L bags? While the film material is stable down to -80°C, large-scale freezing in 3D bags requires careful consideration of the hardware and freezing rates to prevent damage. Contact our technical team for specific freezing protocols and hardware recommendations.
Do you offer custom tubing manifolds with the 3D bags? Yes. Although this standard version features MPX connectors, we can provide fully customized manifold designs, adding sterile connectors, specific tubing lengths, or additional ports tailored to your process.
