SeamlessBio Rocker Cell Culture Bags are single-use bioprocess bags designed for use with commercial rocking-motion bioreactor systems. Manufactured from Renolit 9101 EVA/LDPE multilayer film – independently tested by research laboratories for high-quality bioprocess applications – they offer a fully customizable, cost-efficient alternative to standard products such as Corning Rocker Cell Culture Bags or Sartorius Flexsafe® RM. A screw cap port (large-opening, bottle-style) is included as standard.

Are these bags compatible with my existing rocking bioreactor system?
Yes. Our bags are designed to be compatible with standard commercial rocking bioreactor platforms including systems from Sartorius (Biostat® RM), Thermo Fisher (HyPerforma Rocker), Corning, and similar manufacturers. Please contact us with your system specifications for confirmation.

What is the difference between your bags and Corning, Sartorius Flexsafe® RM or Thermo Fisher HyPerforma bags?
Our bags use Renolit 9101 EVA/LDPE multilayer film, independently tested by research laboratories for high-quality bioprocess performance. Key differences: screw cap port is included as standard (Sartorius charges extra; Corning and Thermo Fisher do not offer this); no minimum order quantity (Sartorius requires min. 5 units); full customization of ports, tubing, and volume; direct contact without login or account registration.

Can I try the bags before placing a full order?

Can I order a custom port configuration?
Yes. Port setup, tubing length, and connector type (Male/Female MPC, Luer Lock, or other) are all configurable on request. Send your specifications to info@seamlessbio.de and we will prepare a quotation within one business day.

What volumes are available?
Standard volumes are 1 L, 2 L, 5 L, 10 L, 20 L, and 50 L. Other volumes are available on request.

What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity – you can order from 1 unit. Volume discounts are available for larger quantities.

What is the lead time for first orders?
Approximately 6 weeks for the first order. Once your configuration is established, repeat orders have shorter lead times by agreement.

Are the bags gamma-irradiated?
Yes. All bags are gamma-irradiated in accordance with ISO 11137, individually packaged, and supplied ready to use in your cleanroom or laboratory environment.

Is documentation available for GMP or regulatory purposes?
Yes. A Certificate of Conformance (CoC) and Certificate of Analysis (CoA) are available on request for each production lot.

Do you offer volume pricing?
