By submitting an inquiry or order request, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions. 2. Product Availability & Order Process Products listed on shop.seamlessbio.de are generally provided on request only. Submitting a request or adding items to the cart does not constitute a binding purchase order. The typical order process is as follows: Customer submits a product inquiry or order request SeamlessBio issues a formal quotation A Proforma Invoice may be provided upon request The customer confirms the order and arranges payment Shipment is scheduled after payment confirmation SeamlessBio reserves the right to decline requests without providing justification. 3.
